Let me start with I love this brand and I love the creator of this brand. I have multiple sets and items from different lines and I actively follow Peyton. But this last experience has been awful! I recently moved and USPS thought my mailbox was vacant and they returned the item to sender. After 4 emails and 1 DM later I finally got a response from the Herculette page saying they would reship my order no problem. Days go by, no response. Weeks go by, no response. I have emailed, DM’d and have gotten zero response on my order being reshipped. I know they just did a 50% off sale so if my products aren’t even available anymore I even said I’d settle for a refund and just repurchase but still can’t get any response. The complete lack of customer service has been insanely disappointing.
