Are you ready to kick it into high gear and get that body right?

This PDF consists of Phase 1 of 2 of my "Built Like a Boss" Program where you will have 6 weeks of workouts and nutrition recommendations per phase. You will be on a 5 DAY SPLIT, meaning 5 workouts per week. This program includes one 5-day split that you will repeat weekly for 6 weeks while striving to increase the weight you lift each week, and one FULL PAGE of supplements. After you complete Phase 1, you will move on to Phase 2.

This phase is primarily focused on strength and building muscle mass through weightlifting and shredding fat while maintaining a high-protein diet. SIGNIFICANT results are guaranteed to be seen if you stick to this program. REMEMBER, CONSISTENCY IS KEY!!!

***Minimal equipment required. This program is suitable for MOST gyms.***

Equipment required:

• Dumbbells
• Cables
• Bench
• Squat Rack (Smith Machine is OK -- can also use barbell) 

• Barbell

• Kettlebell

• Plates

• Leg Press
• Leg Curl (seated or laying -- can also use an exercise ball if you do not have this machine) 

• Leg Extension (can also do cable machine sissy squats if you do not have this machine)
• Treadmill
