ORDERS

  • Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed and packed. This is separate from shipping time.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be shipped. We will do our best to fulfill your order as quickly as possible!
  • Changes cannot be made to your order once it has been placed. We are not responsible for any mistakes in address you input.

RETURNS

  • ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE.
  • RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR ANY ORDERS.
  • Issues with items you receive must be addressed to support@herculette.com within 7 days of delivery date.
  • Claims for damaged items upon receipt must include clear photos of the damaged item(s).

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
We do not currently accept returns. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a separate order for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
