I loved the material and the color. Would have absolutely adored this if it hadn’t been for the halter part. It was too short and pulled constantly on my neck. I am not a tall or large framed person either. Every other part of it fit perfectly. I am going to cut it apart at the top and add some extra material so I can still wear it.
